roxyrad
Having honed my skills playing in a handful of bands in Los Angeles, I now make self-described “complex slow-jam bummers” as roxyrad. Densely layered instruments, experimental song structure and mixing harmonies with call-and-response are my go-to.
Movies in Color
Before the onslaught of Movie Palette, Color Palette Cinema and color/movie related websites, I started Movies In Color in 2007 after watching the Skyfall and falling in love with Roger Deakins’ iconic cinematography and vibrant work as director of photography.
Floral Drawings
I am compelled by the amount of color and detail that flowers contain so I started working on large scale colored pencil drawings to play with scale, color and technique. You can see them as prints and on a variety of items at my society6 store.
